Rates and Proposed Teaming Arrangements

Energy Law International charges for Ms. Weller's time on a daily basis and provides clients with time sheets describing the work performed, assuming an 8-hour day. The daily rates charged by Energy Law International for Ms. Weller's time are well above USAID maximum daily rates for individuals. Depending on the case, Energy Law International can offer a fixed lump sum for specified "deliverables" or can offer fully burdened daily rates on a time-and-materials basis. Ms. Weller can develop proposed budgets for specified work on request.

Depending on the project, Ms. Weller is willing to consider exclusive or non-exclusive teaming arrangements. She is always happy to work with an existing team or to bring together other experts to form a team as needed for proposed projects.
